4. Payment Terms

Web Development Fees: Payment for web development services must be completed before the project begins.
App Development Fees: Payment for Android app development services must be made before the development starts.
UI/UX Design Fees: Payment for UI/UX design services must be made prior to the commencement of the design process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Web Development: If you wish to cancel your web development project, please notify us within 7 days of the start date for a refund. No refunds will be issued after this period.
App Development: Cancellations must be made within 7 days of the agreement to receive a refund. Refunds will not be provided after this period.
UI/UX Design: Cancellations must be made before the design process begins to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued after the design work has commenced.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created during the execution of services on the website are the property of HOCINE DJOUADI or its licensors. Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client, except for any materials owned by third parties or pre-existing assets that were incorporated into the work.

7. User Conduct
